Registration Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information for your registration, attendees, contact details, lodging requests, meal selections, and payment information.
Rooming and Program Requests
Room, dorm, and program preferences may be requested but are not guaranteed. Assignments and availability may change based on capacity, operational needs, safety, and camp meeting planning.
Payments and Fees
Registration, lodging, meals, and related charges are subject to the pricing and deadlines shown during registration. Additional charges, late fees, or adjustments may apply when required by the registration rules in effect at that time.
Changes and Cancellations
WCKCM may update schedules, speakers, programming, lodging availability, meal options, and operational details as needed. Cancellation, refund, and payment-adjustment handling may be governed by the registration rules and camp meeting policies then in effect.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, portal, support channels, SMS features, or payment flows. This includes attempting unauthorized access, sending abusive or fraudulent content, interfering with service operation, or using the site for unlawful activity.
Communications
By registering or contacting us, you agree that WCKCM may send operational communications related to registration, lodging, meals, payments, support, and camp meeting updates through email, portal notifications, or SMS when applicable.
