How to request deletion
Email support@wckcm.org and tell us whether you want to delete your account and associated data, or only specific personal data. You may use the button below to start the email.

- The email address and phone number used for registration or portal access
- Your registration code, if you have one
- Whether you are requesting account deletion, associated data deletion, or deletion of specific data
What happens next
We will verify the request before making changes to protect registrants and attendees from unauthorized deletion. We normally respond within 3-5 business days.
Data we may retain
Some records may need to be retained when required for payment processing, tax and accounting records, chargeback or refund handling, safety, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or camp meeting operational history. When full deletion is not possible, we will delete or minimize personal data where feasible and explain what must be retained.
