Registration

How do I register?

Click the 'Register' button on the home page and complete the 7-step registration process. You'll need family information, member details, lodging preferences, meal plans, and program selections.

Can I register for someone else?

Yes, you can register on behalf of others. However, all names must match driver's license or credit card information (English characters only).

Can I register multiple rooms?

Yes, you can register multiple rooms if they are occupied by different people. Each room requires a separate registration.

Is there a discount for early registration?

Yes! Register by May 31 for a $50 discount per family (full week stay only - 7 days). After July 1, a $20 late fee applies.

Lodging

Which dorms are available?

We have 7 dorms available: McReynolds Hall (AC, code lock), Nichol Hall (AC, code lock, men's hall), Winning Hall (women's hall, smaller rooms), Andre Hall (women's hall, modern amenities), Newton Hall (men's hall, spacious rooms), Grainger Hall (men's hall, central location close to cafeteria and PUC church), and Graf Hall (near registration office, limited rooms). How are room assignments determined?

Priority is given to: 1) Handicap accessibility needs, 2) Seniors (80+), 3) Large families, 4) Speakers, 5) Full-week attendees, 6) Early registration, 7) Host church.

Can I change my room on check-in day?

No, room assignments are final. Room changes are not permitted on-site.

Is there a key deposit?

$20 per key deposit, except for Nichol Hall and McReynolds Hall which use code locks (no deposit required).

What amenities are in the rooms?

All rooms have 2 beds and mattresses only. No microwaves, refrigerators, or cooking equipment allowed in rooms.

Meals

Are meal tickets required?

Yes. Attendees age 10 and older are automatically assigned a minimum of 2 meals per service day. There is no cuisine selection. If you want more meals than the minimum, you can add optional meal tickets during registration.

What are the cafeteria hours?

Breakfast: 7:30-8:45 AM, Lunch: 11:30 AM-1:15 PM, Dinner: 5:00-6:45 PM.

Are meal tickets refundable?

No, meal tickets are non-refundable. Additional tickets can be purchased at the registration office.

Can I buy extra meal tickets?

Yes, additional tickets can be purchased at the registration office during the event.

Programs

What programs are available for children?

Vacation Bible School (VBS) is available for children. You can register each family member individually during the registration process.

Is there a High School program?

Yes, there's a High School program available. Register eligible family members during the registration process.

How do I know which programs my family members are eligible for?

Program eligibility is based on age. The registration system will recommend appropriate programs based on birth dates.

Policies

What is the cancellation policy?

Through June 30, cancellations are refunded minus a $50 processing fee. From July 1 through July 17, cancellations receive a 50% refund. After July 17, registrations are non-refundable.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed on campus. Violations will result in $100-$1,500 fines and campus ban.

Can I cook in my room?

No cooking is allowed in dorm rooms. This triggers the fire department and violates campus policies.

What is the curfew?

11:00 PM in dorms, midnight in rooms.

Can I check in or out on Sabbath?

No check-in or check-out on Sabbath (Saturday from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday).

Do I need to clean my room before checkout?

Yes, there's a $25 fine per bag of trash left in the room.

What time is checkout on Sunday?

10 AM. Please bring your key and any fans that you used back to Graf Hall.

Please clean your room and leave it open with the door unlocked.

Please throw all your trash away into the dumpster on the side or behind your building. Do not leave trash in your room, in the hallway, or at the front of the dorm halls. You will be charged $25 per trash bag left behind.

Please help us clean up the campus after camp meeting. This helps keep our costs down for future camp meetings.

Are alcohol, tobacco, or drugs allowed?

No alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, or weapons are allowed on campus.

Where is the registration office?

Graf Hall, 1st floor. Office hours: Sunday 2-7 PM and 8:30-10 PM, Monday 2-4 PM.
