Campus and Dorm Conduct

  • Follow curfew, quiet hours, and room-use guidelines.
  • No alcohol, tobacco, recreational drugs, weapons, pets, or cooking in dorm rooms.
  • Attendees are responsible for damage, lost keys, excessive cleaning, or policy-related fines charged by the campus.

Children and Youth

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for their children outside official program times.
  • Youth attendees must follow program leader instructions and stay within approved areas.
  • Guardian consent requirements must be completed when applicable.

Live-Streaming and Recording

  • Worship services, seminars, programs, and public gathering areas may be photographed, recorded, or live-streamed by WCKCM.
  • By attending public WCKCM sessions or entering areas where recording is taking place, attendees understand that they may appear in event photos, video, audio, or live streams.
  • Please contact Registration or WCKCM staff if you have a specific privacy or safety concern so the team can discuss practical options.

Safety and Reporting

If you see a safety concern, medical concern, facility issue, or conduct problem, contact WCKCM staff promptly through the registration office or official support channels.

WCKCM may remove an attendee from housing, programs, or the event when behavior creates a safety concern or materially disrupts camp meeting operations.
