Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment providers handle sensitive payment data according to their own security and privacy practices.

If you provide an email address or phone number, we may use it for registration-related communication, reminders, support, operational updates, and other camp meeting messages. You may also receive replies if you contact us through support tools or SMS.

We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate WCKCM, including with service providers that support registration, authentication, payment processing, email, and messaging. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain registration and communication data for operational, historical, reporting, safety, and ministry continuity purposes, including prior-year attendance history when needed for future camp meeting communication and planning.

You may request deletion of your account, registration access, or associated personal data at https://wckcm.org/en/data-deletion. Some records may be retained when required for payment processing, tax and accounting records, safety, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or camp meeting operational history.
