Camp Guidelines

Please read these guidelines carefully before registering

Check-in Information

Location

Graf Hall, 1st floor

Sunday

2:00 PM - 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Monday

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Check-in Time

3:00 PM

Check-out Time

Sunday by 10:00 AM

Dormitory Information

Room Setup

All rooms have 2 beds and mattresses only

Appliances

No microwaves or refrigerators in rooms

Key Deposit

$20 per key (except Nichol & McReynolds - code lock access)

Room Placement

Room placement begins in July. Official room assignments are given at check-in.

Meal Information

Breakfast

7:30 AM - 8:45 AM

Lunch

11:30 AM - 1:15 PM

Dinner

5:00 PM - 6:45 PM

Requirement

Attendees age 10+ automatically receive 2 meals per service day. Extra meal tickets can be added during registration.

Extra Tickets

Extra meal tickets can also be purchased at the registration office during the event.

Important Rules

Cancellation Policy

Through June 30: refund minus $50. July 1 through July 17: 50% refund. After July 17: no refund.
