Graf Hall, 1st floor

2:00 PM - 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Monday

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Dormitory Information

Room Setup

All rooms have 2 beds and mattresses only

Appliances

No microwaves or refrigerators in rooms

Key Deposit

$20 per key (except Nichol & McReynolds - code lock access)

Room Placement

Room placement begins in July. Official room assignments are given at check-in.

Meal Information

Breakfast

7:30 AM - 8:45 AM

Lunch

11:30 AM - 1:15 PM

Dinner

5:00 PM - 6:45 PM

Requirement

Attendees age 10+ automatically receive 2 meals per service day. Extra meal tickets can be added during registration.

Extra Tickets

Extra meal tickets can also be purchased at the registration office during the event.

Important Rules

No Pets

$100-$1,500 fines, campus ban

No Cooking

No cooking in dorm rooms (triggers fire department)

Prohibited Items

No alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or weapons

Curfew

11:00 PM in dorms, midnight in rooms

No Sabbath Check-in/out

Check-in and check-out are not available on Sabbath

Clean Room

Clean room before checkout - $25 fine per bag of trash left

No Mattresses on Floor

$100 fine

Cancellation Policy

Through June 30: refund minus $50. July 1 through July 17: 50% refund. After July 17: no refund.
