Dormitory Information

Room Setup

All rooms have 2 beds and mattresses only

Appliances

No microwaves or refrigerators in rooms

Key Return Charge

No cash deposit; $20 for each lost or unreturned physical key

Room Placement

Room placement begins in July. Official room assignments are given at check-in.

Meal Information

Breakfast

7:30 AM - 8:45 AM

Lunch

11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Dinner

5:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Requirement

Attendees age 10+ automatically receive 2 meals per service day. Extra meal tickets can be added during registration.

Extra Tickets

Add tickets in the Portal, or use an attendee Wallet pass or QR code at the meal scanner for an eligible automatic purchase using the saved payment method.

Important Rules

No Pets

$100-$1,500 fines, campus ban

No Cooking

No cooking in dorm rooms (triggers fire department)

Prohibited Items

No alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or weapons

Curfew

11:00 PM in dorms, midnight in rooms

No Sabbath Check-in/out

Check-in and check-out are not available on Sabbath

Clean Room

Clean room before checkout - $25 fine per bag of trash left

Do Not Move PUC Mattresses

Personal air mattresses and camping mats are allowed; moving a PUC mattress onto the floor results in a $100 charge

Helmets Required

Wear a helmet when riding a scooter, skateboard, or bicycle on campus

Cancellation Policy

Through July 4: refund minus $50. July 5 through July 17: 50% refund. After July 17: no refund.
